Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications. This role is crucial for enhancing our existing Salesforce ecosystem and building new functionalities to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Force.com platform, including Apex, LWC, and various integration techniques. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective Salesforce solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, and more.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, and Force.com API.
- Perform data migration using tools like Apex Data Loader and Import Wizard.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues, including sharing and visibility, DML operations, Apex, and callouts.
- Utilize CI/CD DevOps tools such as GitHub and Copado for efficient development and deployment.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer.
- Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business partners to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development.
- Work effectively in an Agile project team environment.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Integrations, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting Salesforce platform issues.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Copado).
- Experience working in an Agile project team environment.
- Ability to work directly with product owners and business partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of VisualForce, Aura components.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
