Role Overview
NextRow Digital is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, TX. This hybrid role requires a professional who can blend deep technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing complex applications that drive business efficiency and enhance customer engagement. This position is specifically open to local candidates in the Austin area who can participate in our hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework.
- Optimize system performance and ensure the scalability of Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
