Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract-to-hire position based in Hartford, Connecticut. As we move into 2026, the Salesforce ecosystem continues to evolve, and we are looking for a professional who can navigate the complexities of modern CRM architecture while delivering robust, scalable solutions. This role is critical for our digital transformation initiatives, requiring a deep understanding of both legacy Salesforce technologies and the latest Lightning Web Component (LWC) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Execute advanced SOQL queries and manage large data volumes while ensuring optimal application performance.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CRM features including Workflows, Approvals, Dashboards, and Custom Objects.
- Manage package installations and AppExchange integrations to extend platform functionality.
- Utilize Apex Data Loader and ANT for seamless data migration and deployment processes.
- Collaborate within an Agile/SAFe environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure continuous delivery and support in a global delivery model.
- Implement best practices for code quality, including unit testing and code reviews.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of dedicated SFDC Developer experience.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- 5+ years of experience in core programming languages including Java and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with development tools such as Force.com IDE, AutoRABIT, and GitHub.
- Experience with IVR technologies like Avaya or Cisco and Chatbot integrations is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
