Role Overview
The Salesforce Developer specializing in Life Sciences and AgentForce AI will be a critical member of the engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud ecosystems to ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA. As we move into 2026, the integration of AI-driven agents and unified data models is paramount, and this position sits at the forefront of that evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet complex business requirements.
- Implement sophisticated business logic using Salesforce Flows and advanced SOQL/SOSL queries for data manipulation.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and Health Cloud to meet specific industry needs, including managing industry-specific objects and data models.
- Integrate AgentForce AI Agents to enhance automation and predictive capabilities within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to create unified data models, enabling advanced analytics and real-time reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure all developments adhere to healthcare regulations, specifically HIPAA, and maintain the highest standards of data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements, ensuring code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices.
- Perform rigorous unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies in the AI and Life Sciences space.
Technical Requirements
Candidates must possess a strong foundation in Salesforce Core Development. This includes extensive experience with Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing. Proficiency in building modern user interfaces with Lightning Web Components is essential. Furthermore, a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including sharing rules and permission sets, is required. Experience with integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors, demonstrating a clear understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements associated with these domains. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment is a significant plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
