Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Marketing Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as strong experience with Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for enhanced user interfaces and functionality.
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and manage Salesforce automation tools such as workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of code using Salesforce development and deployment tools.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Leverage Marketing Cloud capabilities for campaign management, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Apex programming.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, DevOps tools, CI/CD).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
