Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join one of our top-tier clients. This is an onsite position in San Diego, CA, requiring a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and various cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably within the BFSI segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight for Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.
- Lead the design of solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce Best Practices in all design and implementation efforts.
- Create high-level approaches, estimations, and responses for Proof of Concepts (POCs), RFPs, and proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and architectural designs.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural best practices and design principles.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, assessing their potential impact and integration into the existing architecture.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce enterprise architecture.
- 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a preference for experience in the BFSI segment.
- In-depth understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration architectures is mandatory.
- Must hold current Salesforce certifications.
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to analyze Salesforce architecture options, evaluate design trade-offs, and articulate design choices effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level approaches and estimations for complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
