Role Overview: Salesforce Financial Service FSC BSA
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with specialized expertise in the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team. This is a critical techno-functional role based onsite in Johnston, RI or Iselin, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical Salesforce knowledge and deep functional understanding of the financial services industry. With 14 to 16 years of professional experience, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our CRM solutions drive significant value for our stakeholders and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate challenging environments and communicate effectively with both developers and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary techno-functional expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories and specifications for the development team.
- Configure and customize Salesforce and nCino products to meet specific business workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and future state requirements.
- Oversee the configuration of nCino modules, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce FSC.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, industry standards, and emerging Salesforce features.
- Support the QA and UAT processes by defining test cases and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business criteria.
Technical and Domain Requirements
- 14-16 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, with a deep understanding of banking, lending, or wealth management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC); FSC certification is highly desirable.
- Expertise in nCino product configuration; nCino certification is a strong plus.
- Salesforce Admin certification is preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency.
- Strong understanding of system analysis, business services, and business scorecard methodologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $142,000 – $188,000 per year (Estimated)
