Role Overview

The Salesforce Health Cloud Apex Technical Lead is a critical role within our healthcare technology division, specifically located onsite in Plainsboro, New Jersey. This position requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of deep technical experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a specialized focus on Health Cloud and Experience Cloud. As a Technical Lead, you will be the primary architect and developer for complex enterprise implementations, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the unique needs of the healthcare industry. The Plainsboro location offers a vibrant professional environment at the heart of New Jersey’s pharmaceutical and technology corridor. Working onsite allows for immediate collaboration with key stakeholders and direct involvement in the deployment of life-saving healthcare technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Oversee Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security profiles, and workflow rules.
  • Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
  • Perform rigorous code reviews and certify development work to maintain the highest standards of code quality and performance.
  • Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Google Analytics and OneTrust.
  • Utilize Migration Tools, Web Services/SOA, and Metadata APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and system updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business analysts to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize Visualforce and Force.com pages.
  • Coordinate technical efforts across multiple projects in a large, matrixed organization.

Technical Requirements

  • 8-10 years of extensive design and development experience on the Force.com platform.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SAQL.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including AJAX, XML, JavaScript (JQuery), HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple user roles, security settings, and complex sharing models.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
