Position Summary
Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer for a 100% onsite role in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is critical for a major healthcare/pharma initiative focused on patient CRM systems and AI-driven patient engagement. The successful candidate will lead the technical implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and its integration with AWS and MuleSoft, ensuring a unified and secure data environment for patient information.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the migration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, specifically focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Collaborate with Architects to design end-to-end data flows between Salesforce, AWS, and other enterprise platforms to maintain a ‘single source of truth’.
- Orchestrate AI solutions using Agentic AI to process real-time data from Data Lakes, delivering proactive ‘nudges’ to patients and case managers.
- Develop custom AI Agents utilizing AWS BedRock to enhance system intelligence and user interaction.
- Manage complex integrations using MuleSoft and ensure high-quality UI/UX standards are met across all patient-facing interfaces.
- Utilize AWS services including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena to support data processing and storage requirements.
- Ensure all digital solutions and data workflows comply with strict Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Communicate technical strategies and progress to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with a strong preference for Patient CRM or Health Cloud platforms.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena).
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft for enterprise-level integration.
- Strong understanding of AI Orchestration and the development of AI Agents.
- Deep knowledge of Data Governance and regulatory compliance within the Healthcare/Pharma sector (HIPAA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide development teams through complex implementation phases.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,200 – $155,000 per year
