Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Leader/Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Engagement, and enterprise CRM architecture. This role is crucial for leading high-impact Salesforce transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both the technical intricacies of the Salesforce platform and the business objectives it serves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, focusing on Marketing Cloud and Sales Engagement functionalities.
  • Architect robust and scalable CRM solutions that align with business goals and drive customer engagement.
  • Leverage Agentforce AI and Flow Automation to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the CRM transformation lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, particularly in AI and automation.
  • Ensure the successful adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in Salesforce Architecture and Platform Expertise.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce AI and Flow Automation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide enterprise teams through complex CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise CRM architecture principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and data quality management within Salesforce.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
