Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce nCino Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position requiring expertise in Salesforce CRM, nCino, and related financial services domain knowledge. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable business solutions, working closely with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable business solutions using Salesforce CRM and nCino.
- Gather requirements and drive the implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Leverage strong hands-on experience in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
- Utilize core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery, and work with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
- Apply strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Configure nCino UI Groups, Routes, and Screens.
- Configure the nCino product catalog, product package, entities involvement, exposure, and collateral management, and covenants.
- Implement solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
- Work with business architecture design sessions as needed.
- Provide end-to-end credit cycle support and demonstrate commercial or business banking knowledge.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Primary Skills: Salesforce nCino
- 5+ years of strong SFDC and nCino hands-on development experience.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge in nCino Loan Origination process, Core Banking Service (Deposits, Lending, Digital Banking platforms).
- Commercial or business banking knowledge, end-to-end credit cycle understanding.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce using REST APIs.
- Proficiency in core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
- Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM).
- Experience in configuring nCino UI Group, Routes, Screens, etc.
- Expertise in configuring nCino product catalog, product package, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, covenants, etc.
- Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) like Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules.
- Salesforce PD1, App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant certifications are advantageous.
- Experience Cloud experience is preferred.
- nCino 301 certification is preferred.
Domain Knowledge:
- Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent planning, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Special Requirements
Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge preferred. nCino 301 certification.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $85 per year (Estimated)
