Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to support a critical Salesforce implementation initiative. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure effective coordination, governance, and delivery across key workstreams. The position is focused on project execution, stakeholder alignment, and structured delivery, and is not a hands-on technical configuration role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management for assigned Salesforce workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and PMO.
- Partner with implementation vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation and follow-through.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Provide executive-level updates and ensure alignment across leadership.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure strong governance and structured execution throughout the implementation.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of enterprise Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM, SaaS, or enterprise system implementations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors or implementation partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- MUST HAVE: Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and CPQ experience.
