Position Summary

Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Operations Manager for a high-impact, 12+ month contract engagement in Dallas, TX. This onsite role is designed for a strategic leader who can optimize the intersection of product management, engineering, and business operations within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational health of our Salesforce products, ensuring that our development lifecycle is efficient, our releases are seamless, and our stakeholders are aligned. This is a critical role for a professional with over a decade of experience in the Salesforce platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of the Salesforce product roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Leads.
  • Orchestrate complex release management processes, ensuring that enhancements and new features are deployed with minimal risk and maximum adoption.
  • Manage the product backlog, facilitating prioritization sessions to align technical efforts with corporate strategic goals.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product health, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable product features.
  • Develop and maintain robust documentation, including process maps, governance frameworks, and change management protocols.
  • Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring that the development team operates at peak velocity and quality.
  • Oversee the Salesforce sandbox strategy and environment management to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including the development of training materials and communication plans for new product launches.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically in roles such as Salesforce Administrator, Product Manager, or Product Operations.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the broader platform architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and operational improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for managing documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Certifications

  • Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant).
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification is highly preferred to support enterprise-level agile operations.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
