Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into product features, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the Salesforce solution aligns with strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Conduct UAT and obtain stakeholder sign-off on delivered functionality.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and user satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed of Salesforce platform updates and new features; assess their impact and value.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Manage integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, support tools).

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Experience in Salesforce.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year

Location: Plano, TX
