Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager (PM) to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, deep Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions. This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into technical and functional solutions. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Salesforce Expertise: Oversee configuration and customization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards. Work closely with developers, administrators, and architects.
- Quality Assurance: Validate deliverables against business requirements. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA). Maintain compliance within healthcare-related Salesforce implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 9+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of dedicated Salesforce Project Management experience. Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Location: Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation are a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
