Role Overview: SFDC Commerce and CPQ Technical Project Manager
Altitude Technology Solutions (ATS) INC is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead critical initiatives within the Salesforce Commerce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) domains. This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who excels at the intersection of technical architecture, agile delivery, and program management. As we move into 2026, the complexity of integrated commerce platforms requires a leader who can navigate the nuances of automated pricing engines, complex product catalogs, and seamless customer checkout experiences.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Delivery
- End-to-End Project Leadership: You will lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce Commerce and CPQ projects, from initial discovery and kickoff through to planning, execution, and final delivery. This includes defining project scope, establishing realistic timelines, and coordinating effort estimation with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Agile Excellence: Act as the day-to-day Scrum Master for dedicated delivery squads. You will facilitate all essential ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint grooming, planning sessions, and retrospectives. Your goal is to maintain a high-velocity environment while ensuring the team remains focused on high-value outcomes.
- Backlog and Design Management: Manage N+1 and N+2 sprint backlog readiness. You will work closely with architects and product owners to ensure that technical designs are vetted and requirements are ‘ready for dev’ well before the sprint begins.
- Risk Mitigation and Reporting: Proactively identify project risks and technical bottlenecks. You will develop comprehensive mitigation plans and publish transparent weekly and monthly status reports to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the program.
- Program Coordination: Support broader program-level coordination, managing complex dependencies across multiple Salesforce instances and third-party integrations.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C) and Salesforce CPQ is mandatory. You must understand the underlying data models and business logic inherent in these modules.
- Project Management Credentials: A PMP certification is strongly preferred, alongside SAFe or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for stakeholders and vice versa.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations in a remote or hybrid environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
