Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Developers to join our team. The role involves developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet specific business requirements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders is key to understanding requirements and translating them into technical specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable and secure solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on the Sales Cloud platform.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce data model.
- Experience with Salesforce integration capabilities, including REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Community Cloud.
- Understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, are highly preferred.
- Agile Certified is preferred.
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $166,400 – $166,400 per year (Estimated)
