Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Lead (ServiceMax exp)

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 8+ years

  • Development and delivery of integrated service solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Platform Events, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools.
  • Must be well-versed with Apex best practices and application performance tuning.
  • Experience with front-end languages and back-end tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing technical issues affecting org health, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • ServiceMax experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required.
  • Must have worked in Agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Remote
