Job Description: Salesforce SFDC Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce SFDC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi-object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization.
  • Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories.
  • Experience implementing complex Apex integrations, applying multiple integration design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi-object security architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 design patterns for developing complex Apex Integrations.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above.
  • Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management domains.
  • Exposure to AI and AI integrations.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
