Role Summary

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
  • Define solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns
  • Provide architectural leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience/Data Cloud (as applicable)
  • Design and govern integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and scalability standards
  • Review and guide development teams on design, estimates, and technical approach

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on Salesforce platform
  • Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and limits
  • Experience with configuring and managing different managed packages like sFiles, Conga, Milestone PM+
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-based integrations, and middleware
  • Ability to review Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs and configuration from an architectural standpoint
  • Implement POCS for the stakeholders to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with customers
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Certifications (Preferred)

  • System Architect

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
