Position Summary
Tanisha Systems is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team for a high-impact contract C2C engagement. This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ, specifically seeking local candidates from the NY/NJ area. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders and IT teams, designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise goals. You will be responsible for driving architectural governance and ensuring that the Salesforce platform’s capabilities are fully utilized to meet complex business needs. A key differentiator for this role is hands-on experience with Agentforce, which is highly desirable for optimizing automation and service processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure, and robust Salesforce solutions that align with long-term enterprise strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions, overseeing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Maintain architectural integrity across a multi-cloud environment, including Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.
- Ensure platform security, system performance, and data integrity through rigorous design standards.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and complex integration patterns.
- Leverage Agentforce capabilities to enhance agent workflows and implement intelligent service automation.
- Serve as the Program Architect for large-scale, multi-team initiatives, creating enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops and fit-gap assessments to advise business leaders on platform strategy and product selection.
- Architect integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP and CRM platforms using middleware and APIs.
- Mentor technical leads, developers, and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
- Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and various integration middleware platforms.
- Solid understanding of security models, data governance, and DevOps practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using Agentforce (highly desirable).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural and geographically distributed teams in an Agile environment.
Special Requirements
Contract C2C; Local NY/NJ candidates only; Hybrid; Agentforce experience highly desirable.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $260,000 per year
