Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision, with hands-on experience in Heroku and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Define, design, and document end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and long-term roadmaps
- Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and performance
- Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance
- Drive successful project delivery with high quality and efficiency
- Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Design and oversee solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Manage data modeling, migration, and system integrations
- Implement declarative automation and environment management strategies
- Leverage Heroku for application development and Salesforce Data Cloud for data unification and insights
- Governance & Communication
- Establish and promote architecture governance frameworks
- Communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation, testing strategies, and compliance standards
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
- Promote continuous learning and innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture/lead roles
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Hands-on experience with Heroku and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect (CTA))
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
