Position 1: Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Durham, NC

Note: Need previous state client experience candidates only

Required/Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
  • Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.

Position 2: SQL/Power BI developer

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Note: Need previous state client experience candidates only

Skill Sets and experience includes:

  • Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL – including proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Must possess at least 3 to 5 years of experience working with any BI tools and BI systems, with familiarity in data science, business intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Should have knowledge and experience on the PowerBI Security and the approaches to be used when exposing dashboards to public.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or C# for application integration is a plus.
  • Should have experience in data integration, connecting to and importing data from various sources including data lakes, cloud platforms, and Excel files.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to work with stakeholders, collect requirements, and effectively present results.
  • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining data security and governance policies within Power BI is essential.
  • Experience working with On-premises Data Gateway architectures managing large volumes of data from AWS Data Lake or other cloud environments is required.
  • Should have experience with ODBC connectors.
  • Ability to transform complex data into a range of visuals such as graphs, charts, and maps.

Special Requirements

Previous state client experience required. Hybrid work for SQL/Power BI role.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
