Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Salesforce development. The candidate will be responsible for developing custom solutions, performing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the Salesforce platform to enhance client experience.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience
- Strong experience with Service Cloud
- Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Unit Test
- SOQL, SOSL
- Lightning Experience
- Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows
- Salesforce Configuration & Customization
- REST API integrations
- Bulk Data Import
- Troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce applications
Nice to Have:
- Community Cloud
- Marketing Cloud / Social Studio
- Integrations with Box.com / FileNet
- AppExchange tools (DocuSign, Vlocity, Glance, Sumo, Adaptus)
- Java, SQL, Git
- JIRA / ServiceNow
Certifications (Any one required):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
