Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an onsite position located in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and have a proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of Salesforce implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Manage integrations with other systems.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in information technology.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
