Sira Consulting Inc is seeking a visionary Salesforce Tech Lead / Developer to spearhead our technical initiatives at our Coppell, TX location. This hybrid role requires a professional who not only possesses deep technical expertise but also understands the strategic value of the Salesforce ecosystem in driving enterprise growth.

Core Technical Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Develop high-quality code using Apex (APIs & Triggers) and Visualforce, adhering to modern development best practices.
  • Architect and implement SOA-based integrations to connect Salesforce with diverse external systems and legacy databases.
  • Manage complex configurations and customizations across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Utilize advanced web technologies including Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL to enhance the Salesforce platform’s capabilities.
  • Oversee the deployment of AppExchange packages and the development of custom APEX Web Services.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated workflows, approval processes, and automated alerts to streamline business operations.

Strategic Leadership and Innovation

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. You will be responsible for translating functional requirements into robust technical specifications, ensuring that every solution aligns with the long-term architectural roadmap. In 2026, the integration of AI and advanced data analytics within Salesforce is paramount; therefore, an understanding of how to leverage these emerging technologies within the Force.com environment is highly desirable. Qualifications and Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end Salesforce implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and J2EE environments is a significant advantage.
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect track) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
