Role Overview

As we move into 2026, the Salesforce ecosystem has evolved into a highly integrated, AI-driven platform. We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead our enterprise-level implementations in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is not merely about configuration; it is about architecting robust, scalable solutions that bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge cloud technology. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding a team of developers through the intricacies of the Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds while ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems via MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from initial architectural design to final deployment and post-production support.
  • Architect and execute sophisticated data migration strategies, moving massive datasets from legacy on-premise systems to the Salesforce cloud using ETL tools, Data Loader, and custom APIs.
  • Design and implement high-performance integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, focusing on reusable frameworks and RAML specifications.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flow orchestration.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders and business analysts to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, performance tuning, and security audits to maintain the integrity of the Salesforce environment.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce multi-tenant architecture and the limitations of governor limits. Expertise in modern frontend development using LWC and a mastery of asynchronous Apex processing are essential. Furthermore, experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI integration is highly preferred as we look to leverage predictive analytics in our 2026 roadmap. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing large-scale data migrations where data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation were critical success factors. Proficiency in MuleSoft is a non-negotiable requirement, as our architecture relies heavily on an API-led connectivity approach.

Why Join Us in 2026?

The San Francisco Bay Area remains the global epicenter of technological innovation. By joining our team, you will be at the forefront of the next wave of CRM evolution. We offer a collaborative environment where your architectural decisions will directly impact the success of a multi-million dollar digital transformation project.
