Role Overview

Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. is looking for a visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a 100% onsite contract position that requires a unique blend of Salesforce expertise, AWS cloud proficiency, and cutting-edge AI orchestration skills. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the center of designing and implementing complex patient-centric CRM systems, specifically leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud. You will work in a high-stakes environment where data integrity and real-time processing are paramount, ensuring that our digital solutions provide a ‘single source of truth’ for patient data while complying with strict Pharma-specific regulations such as HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with AWS and other enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with Architects to define end-to-end data flows, maintaining high standards for data governance and architectural integrity.
  • Drive AI Orchestration by developing Agentic AI solutions that process real-time data from the Data Lake to deliver proactive ‘nudges’ to patients and case managers.
  • Develop custom AI Agents using AWS BedRock, Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena to enhance the capabilities of the patient CRM platform.
  • Oversee migration and implementation projects involving MuleSoft and UI/UX enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
  • Analyze complex datasets to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize data workflows for maximum performance and reliability.
  • Ensure all digital solutions and data handling processes are fully compliant with HIPAA and other relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, ranging from engineering teams to executive leadership.

Technical Requirements

  • Expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong preference for Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS services, including Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and BedRock.
  • Proven experience in AI Orchestration and the development of autonomous AI agents.
  • Strong background in MuleSoft for enterprise-level integrations.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in CRM environments.
  • Experience working within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sectors, with a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset geared toward innovation and technical excellence.

Professional Expectations

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead developer role. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment in San Francisco. This role requires a leader who is not only technically gifted but also capable of mentoring junior developers and driving project success through collaborative effort. Your ability to navigate the intersection of cloud computing, CRM, and artificial intelligence will be critical to the success of our patient engagement strategies. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can address technical challenges with scalable and efficient solutions.


Special Requirements

100% Onsite in San Francisco Bay Area. HIPAA compliance knowledge required. Expertise in AWS BedRock and AI Agents is mandatory.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $135,200 – $155,000 per year

Location: San Francisco, CA
