Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager (PM) with 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience. This role involves managing all aspects of the project life cycle, including integration and implementation. The Technical PM will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage project timelines, develop detailed project plans, and oversee budgets. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and preparing comprehensive project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project life cycle for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure successful integration and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
  • Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support.
  • Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills.

Domain and Technical Skills:

  • Domain Skills: Financial Service Domain experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Salesforce, CRM systems, Business Services, Business Scorecard.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Admin certification, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution, extensive experience with implementing a similar system, advanced knowledge of specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices.

Location:

Plano, TX. This is an onsite position.

Experience Level:

Experience 14 to 16 years is preferred.


Special Requirements

Need Only Locals. Onsite at Plano, Texas. Experience 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience. Should have experience in Financial Service Domain. Admin certification is plus. Experience 14 to 16yrs.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
