Job Overview:
Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support and enhance their Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert and troubleshooting resource for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, supporting technical issue resolution, system enhancements, and user adoption. This role also involves UAT management, data integration troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users. Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards. Utilize cross-filters and custom report types to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Marketing Cloud Development: Build and optimize Marketing Cloud components such as Cloud Pages. Support digital communication workflows and data capture processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and consistency between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Troubleshoot list segmentation issues and automation behaviors.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Document workflows, system enhancements, and operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with process diagramming, wireframing, requirements documentation, and project coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with Salesforce ecosystem tools and integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
