Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client’s team. This role requires strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling. You will lead a development team, provide technical direction, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Handle production issues, perform debugging, and conduct performance tuning to optimize application speed and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality standards, and scalable design principles.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and release management processes for Salesforce deployments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling.
- Experience with CI/CD and release management in Salesforce environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
