Job Description: Salesforce Tester with Agent force
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Tester with mandatory experience in AI Agent force to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation and a deep understanding of AI concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum testing with AI Agent experience (Mandatory).
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations.
- Validate and test Topic and action accuracy, refining and iterating based on results.
- Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
- Generate prompts and leverage Test Center to execute them.
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Experience in Test Automation and execution.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in a Safe Agile environment is a plus.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
- Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool suite and JIRA.
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.

Hybrid – 3 Days a week. Better look for Local Candidates. Healthcare experience preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $55 per year
