Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with a minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years focused on automation testing. This role requires hands-on experience with Selenium and Java, and a strong understanding of API and data integration testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in test automation, execution, and possess a solid grasp of software testing methodologies and Agile principles, particularly within a SAFe Agile environment. Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium and Java.
- Perform testing of APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough test automation and execution cycles.
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing, applying this knowledge to validation processes.
- Validate and test accuracy of topics and actions, refining processes based on results.
- Ensure test data accurately represents realistic user interactions.
- Generate prompts and leverage Test Center for prompt execution.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
- Apply strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles (SAFe Agile experience preferred).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Proficiency in Test Automation and execution.
- Understanding of AI concepts and their application in testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, with SAFe Agile experience being a plus.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Experience with Test Management tools (Rational Tool suite, JIRA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
