Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum tester with AI Agent experience. The role requires a minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with a strong focus on automation testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrum tester with AI Agent experience
- Agent force experience is mandatory
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, JavaScript
- Test APIs and data integrations
- Perform Test Automation and execution
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing
- Validate and test topic and action accuracy, refine and iterate based on results
- Ensure test data represents realistic use interactions
- Prompt generation and leveraging Test Center to execute those prompts
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, with experience in Safe Agile environments
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams
- Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool suite and JIRA
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience
- Very Strong experience in Selenium Testing
- 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests
- Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations
- Experience in Test Automation and execution
- Understand AI concepts
- Validate and Test, Topic and action accuracy
- Prompt generation and leveraging Test Center
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile principles
- Experience working in Safe Agile environment
- Experience working in onshore/offshore support model
- Experience with Test Management tools (Rational Tool suite, JIRA)
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus
- Health Care experience is preferred
