About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SAP initiatives. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP implementations and SAP Activate methodology, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management
  • Strong experience managing SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and SDLC governance
  • Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and reporting skills for executive stakeholders
  • Experience driving enterprise-level SAP initiatives
  • Ability to ensure project delivery aligned with business goals and timelines

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in financial services or insurance domain
  • PMP, Agile, or SAP certifications
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices and governance frameworks

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery across enterprise programs
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and governance standards
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage dependencies and project risks
  • Drive project execution to meet business objectives and deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement across project lifecycle

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $75 per year
