Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and administration of SAP Applications.
- Manage, monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and support existing SAP Applications.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to the Applications team.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to configure integrations.
- Be responsible for establishing best practices in services development, application integration, and governing detailed designs generated by vendors.
Skill Set:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, BRIM, SOLMAN, PO/SLD).
- 2+ years of experience in SAP RISE.
- Experience with SAP S/4 upgrade and migration from on-prem to SAP RISE.
- Strong understanding of OpenText cloud xECM.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector & SFTP servers.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.
- Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications.
- SAP GRC configuration for Access Provisioning and new roles build for SAP BRIM Application.
- Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify and perform daily production administration tasks.
- Utilize dashboards to monitor processes.
- SAP Transport management and deployment of transports to environments.
- Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
- SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.
- Servicenow ITSM experience is a plus.

Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
