Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager to lead multiple full lifecycle project implementations across various industries. This is a remote position, but travel may be required on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP BRIM projects and a deep understanding of its components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP BRIM projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee functional and technical teams reporting to this role.
- Assist program managers with budgeting and planning.
- Gather requirements, perform configuration, prototyping, and integration with other applications.
- Finalize architecture, develop testing plans, and manage data object design and migration.
- Assist with infrastructure and security aspects, and manage end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate with clients, lead workshops, and manage delivery quality assurance.
- Conduct requirement gathering and create functional and technical designs.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience managing SAP BRIM projects as a Project Manager.
- Extensive implementation experience with SAP BRIM SOM, SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging), SAP BRIM CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP BRIM FI-CA, and SAP BRIM CM (Convergent Mediation).
- Knowledge of SAP FSCM implementation or strong understanding.
- Project experience with S/4 HANA Convergent Invoicing is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing SAP BRIM.
- End-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in SOM, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing (including Provider Contract, Billable Item Management, Consumption Item Management, Billing Process, Invoicing Process, Billing Plan, Re-rating & Reversal, Partner Settlement, Master Agreement, and Invoice Level Complex Discounting).
- Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, and user-exits within SAP BRIM SOM, SAP BRIM CC, SAP BRIM CI, and SAP BRIM FICA.
- Understanding of S4/HANA processes, technical aspects, and integration.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Agile certification.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new technologies rapidly.
- Strong focus on quality and delivering results.
- Self-disciplined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; energetic and self-starting.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience implementing business applications.
- 4+ years of experience implementing SAP billing solutions.
- 2+ years of experience specifically with SAP BRIM implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral, with the ability to present confidently to large groups.
Special Requirements
Remote but travel required on need basis. Must have managed BRIM project as a project manager. Implementation experiences on SAP BRIM SOM, SAP BRIM CC (Convergent Charging), SAP BRIM CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP BRIM FI-CA and SAP BRIM CM (convergent mediation). Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $100 per year (Estimated)
