Job Title: SAP BRIM QA Engineer
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM QA Engineer with over 15 years of experience for a remote position. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP BRIM modules.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Automate testing processes where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defect status and overall quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BRIM functionalities and testing best practices.
- Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on SAP BRIM.
- Proven expertise in testing SAP BRIM modules such as Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Strong understanding of billing, revenue recognition, and invoicing processes within SAP.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
