Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to oversee multiple projects involving the integration of various IT platforms with our core ERP system (S/4HANA-Public) and our master data system, Reltio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating with these specific systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical integration projects for IT platforms connecting to S/4HANA-Public and Reltio.
- Lead the integration strategy using SAP BTP Integration Suite as the primary technology.
- Leverage API management where BTP acts as a pass-through.
- Utilize knowledge of Solace Event Mesh for event-driven integrations.
- Coordinate integration efforts across various business functions and projects over the next few years.
- Manage integrations with systems such as TPM Salesforce, Retail Execution Salesforce, SAP-Ariba, Kinaxis, third-party logistics/warehouses, central finance systems, Anaplan, MarTech stack, and other finance systems.
- Operate as part of the core program team, effectively backfilling an Associate role (staff augmentation).
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a technical integration lead.
- Critical experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and Reltio.
- Proficiency with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with API management.
- Knowledge of Solace Event Mesh is important.
- Familiarity with a broad range of enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP-Ariba, Kinaxis, and financial systems.
- Understanding of the Mars Health & Wellness technical landscape or the broader Mars technical landscape is a plus.
Location and Employment Details:
This is a 100% remote position. Candidates should be available full-time and located in or close to the North American time zones (NA or LATAM preferred). The contract is expected to last through the end of 2026, with potential for extension into 2027.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
