Role Overview: SAP BTP Work Zone & Ariba Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Professional to join our team for a dual-focus role involving SAP BTP Work Zone Advanced Edition and SAP Ariba solutions. This position is critical for driving digital transformation and optimizing procurement processes for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of the SAP ecosystem and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
- SAP BTP Work Zone: Configure and implement SAP BTP Work Zone Advanced Edition as a single point of entry portal. This includes integrating SAP applications, creating intuitive dashboards, and managing quick links for both SAP and non-SAP URLs.
- SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Ariba Buying and Guided Buying solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Ariba environment and ensuring it meets business requirements.
- Procurement Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of Ariba Buying and Invoicing (P2P and P2O), Guided Buying functionalities, and the Buyer/Supplier Network.
- Integration: Utilize the Integration Toolkit (ITK) and web services methods to integrate Ariba with other enterprise systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Project Leadership: Manage small to medium-sized projects, prioritizing tasks effectively and leading teams to deliver expected business results.
- Documentation and Testing: Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification Documents, Configuration documents, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts. Participate actively in testing and provide rapid resolution for technical issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba and BTP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tax configurations, look-up files, and data uploads.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
