Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BW Developer with a strong background in SAP HANA and extensive AMS support experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years in AMS support and a total of 12+ years in SAP BW, with proven experience in leading teams and client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from customers and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Work on customized Info Objects, Data sources, loading data into Info Cubes, using Transformation and DTP.
  • Monitor data loads, Process chains, and fix errors.
  • Handle interfaces and open hubs.
  • Utilize BI ABAP for Start Routines, End Routines, and Field Routines.
  • Perform performance tuning.
  • Reconcile data between source and reporting targets.
  • Involved in the creation of reports using Query Designer, including Free Characteristics, Filters, Restricted Key figures, calculated key figures, Structures, Variables, Exceptions, Conditions, and cell definitions.
  • Experience on Enterprise HANA and understanding of SLT.
  • Sound understanding of creating views in HANA with optimization strategy and the flow of data to various dashboard tools like BO, Tableau, etc.
  • Knowledge on SPO DSO and Cubes, Virtual provider, Transient Provider, Composite provider, Hybrid provider, and Open ODS.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6+ years of AMS support experience.
  • Overall experience of 12+ years in SAP BW.
  • Strong experience in SAP BW and SAP HANA.
  • Strong leading experience and client-facing roles.
  • Ability to gather information from customers and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Experience with customized Info Objects, Data sources, loading data into Info Cubes, using Transformation and DTP.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
