Job Summary:
OSS Inc. is seeking experienced SAP professionals for urgent roles with our client, IBM. These are long-term, remote positions with an initial remote work period, requiring readiness to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, upon request. We are looking for candidates with expertise in SAP SCM/Logistics/EAM, SAP SCM/Logistics/MM, SAP Integration Analyst (Finance), SAP ABAP, and SAP MM/PM/Integration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP SCM/Logistics/EAM Consultant (PM): Focus on Plant Maintenance and Supply Chain Management integration with Finance.
- SAP SCM/Logistics/MM Analyst: Analyze and support Supply Chain Management and Materials Management processes.
- SAP Integration Analyst – Finance: Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP finance processes, including Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), Funds Management (FM), and Grants Management. Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA Finance migrations, including impact analysis, integration remediation, testing, and reconciliation. Deep understanding of cross-module finance integration and Universal Journal in S/4HANA. Experience integrating upstream operational processes (MM, SD) with Finance. Expertise in interface design, mapping, and data flow validation. Support for System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and migration-related testing.
- Application Developer – SAP ABAP: Requires strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA development areas including code remediation, extensibility, RESTful Application Development, OData development and extensions, workflow, Fiori, and forms.
- SAP MM–PM/ Integration Analyst – Materials Management & Plant Maintenance: Strong knowledge of SAP MM and PM processes, including procure-to-pay, inventory management, work order execution, and maintenance planning. Expertise in end-to-end integration between MM, PM, and SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, AA, PS), ensuring accurate cost capture, settlement, and capitalization. Deep understanding of PM-Finance integration, including maintenance order costing, settlement, and capitalization. Strong experience integrating MM with Finance (GR/IR, inventory valuation, account determination, material movement postings). Demonstrated experience integrating MM and PM with SD. Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations for MM and PM. Extensive experience with interface mapping, data flow validation, and integration testing. Strong capability in supporting SIT, UAT, and mock conversions, including reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the specified SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations is highly desirable for relevant roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location Details:
Initial remote work, with the expectation to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, within one month of being asked.
Employment Type:
Long-Term Contract (C2C/W2/1099 available).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
