Role Overview
Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CPI Consultant for a critical onsite contract engagement in Santa Clara, CA. This role is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust integration solutions. As an SAP CPI Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client’s digital transformation, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and various non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud integration patterns and the ability to deliver high-quality technical specifications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Architect end-to-end integration scenarios involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party cloud or on-premise applications.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including OAuth, HTTPS, and SSL/TLS, to ensure data integrity and compliance with corporate governance.
- Utilize Groovy Script or Java to handle complex mapping and logic within integration flows where standard tools are insufficient.
- Monitor existing integrations, perform root cause analysis for failures, and implement permanent fixes to improve system reliability.
- Optimize integration performance and ensure scalability for high-volume data processing across the enterprise.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration designs, configurations, and support procedures for future reference.
Technical Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience in IT with a primary focus on SAP integration development and middleware technologies.
- Deep expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and a strong understanding of SAP PO/PI architectures.
- Proficiency in standard communication protocols: XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, OData, JDBC, and FTP/SFTP.
- Strong understanding of API Management and modern integration patterns such as Pub/Sub and Request/Response.
- Hands-on experience with Groovy Scripting or Java for custom integration logic and data transformation.
- SAP CPI Certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
