Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP ABAP RAP Developer with expertise in Digital SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying applications using the SAP BTP Environment and SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model). You will implement RAP behavior definitions, CDS views, service bindings, service definitions, draft handling, and transactional processing. The position requires building end-to-end OData V4 services using RAP and integrating them with UI frameworks such as Fiori Elements. You will develop reusable CDS artifacts, business logic, and extensibility frameworks within the BTP ecosystem. Integration with S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), Event Mesh, Destination Service, and other BTP services is a key responsibility. Optimization of performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with SAP clean core and cloud-ready coding practices are essential. Collaboration with architects, functional consultants, and DevOps teams to design secure and scalable solutions is expected. Preparation of technical documentation and design specifications, along with contributing to architecture discussions, will also be part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP RAP (managed and unmanaged scenarios), CDS Views, Annotations, Behaviours, Metadata Extensions, OData V4 services, and Fiori Elements consumption.
- Experience integrating BTP applications with S4HANA, CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Destination Service, and IAS/IPS.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native principles, multi-tenant apps, and deployment on SAP BTP.
- Experience with Git-enabled Change and Transport System (gCTS) or ABAP Git.
- Must-have: Digital SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Experience Required: 8-10 years.

Salary: $60 – $90 per year (Estimated)
