Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong expertise in modern SAP Customer Experience (CX) platforms, specifically SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C). The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline sales and service operations, and integrate seamlessly with SAP backend systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the SAP CX suite, strong functional and technical knowledge of CRM processes, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital commerce and customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM solutions using SAP C4C and SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM system designs and functional specifications.
- Implement and customize Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in SAP C4C.
- Configure customer engagement workflows, service ticketing, sales pipelines, and activity management within SAP C4C.
- Support Hybris Commerce implementations, including product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and customer experience enhancements.
- Integrate SAP C4C and Hybris with SAP backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP CRM using middleware like SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and integration documentation.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance on best practices within the SAP Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP CRM or SAP CX experience.
- Hands-on experience with: SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C), SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Service processes in CRM systems.
- Experience with SAP integrations (CPI, PI/PO, APIs, OData services).
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer service workflows, and digital commerce platforms.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA RISE integration.
- Knowledge of the broader SAP Customer Experience Suite, including: SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integrations.
- SAP certifications in SAP CX, SAP C4C, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with data migration and CRM transformation projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
