- Drive innovation by integrating SAP EAM with emerging technologies such as IoT sensors, machine learning for predictive maintenance, and mobile asset management solutions.
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, translating complex technical requirements into business value for C-suite executives and department heads.
- Oversee resource planning, performance management, and professional development for a cross-functional team of architects, functional consultants, and technical specialists.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 55000, OSHA regulations, and industry-specific safety mandates.
- Optimize the integration between EAM and other core SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), and Financial Accounting (FI/CO).

We are looking for a leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Transportation. You should have a proven track record of delivering global rollouts and managing the transition from legacy SAP ECC environments to S/4HANA. Technical proficiency must include deep knowledge of Work Management, Reliability & Integrity Management, and Mobile Asset Management.
