Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ECC WM Lead with strong integration experience for a long-term remote position. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP ECC Warehouse Management (WM) and its integration with other SAP modules like PP, MM, and SD. Experience with S4 and EWM is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP ECC Warehouse Management (WM) processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal movements, putaway, and picking.
  • Configure and maintain WM structures, including storage types, storage bins, sections, and quants.
  • Ensure strong understanding and configuration of SAP Inventory Management (IM).
  • Manage Handling Unit Management (HUM) processes.
  • Oversee integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Manage SAP WM Master Data, including Material Master, Warehouse Master Data, and Control Parameters.
  • Develop and execute functional specifications (FS) and collaborate effectively with ABAP teams.
  • Lead cutover activities and provide GoLive support.
  • Provide production support for WM processes.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating good communication and client interaction skills.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Provide guidance and support for SAP EWM related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have strong SAP ECC Warehouse Management (WM) expertise.
  • Must have hands-on configuration of WM processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Putaway, Picking).
  • Must have a strong understanding of SAP Inventory Management (IM).
  • Must have knowledge of Warehouse Structures (Storage Types, Storage Bins, Sections, Quant).
  • Must have experience in Handling Unit Management (HUM).
  • Must have integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP.
  • Must have experience in SAP WM Master Data (Material Master, Warehouse Master Data, Control Parameters).
  • Must have expertise in developing and executing functional specifications (FS) and working with ABAP teams.
  • Must have experience in Cutover activities and GoLive support.
  • Must have production support experience for WM processes.
  • Must have good communication and client interaction skills.
  • Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP EWM.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration or simplification items.
  • Experience in RF (Radio Frequency) Framework / Mobile data entry.
  • Understanding of Logistics Execution (LE).
  • Exposure to Transportation Management (TM).
  • Knowledge of integration with external WMS / automation systems.
  • Basic project management or team lead experience.
  • Knowledge of IDocs & interface troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position with limited travel to Cleveland, OH.
  • The duration is long-term.
  • Employment type is C2C.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
