Job Title: SAP ECP S4 Hana Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ECP S4 Hana Consultant with over 12 years of extensive experience in end-to-end project implementations. This is a long-term, 100% remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge and proven success in implementing and integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP implementations, from initial planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop comprehensive blueprint documentation outlining the proposed solution design.
- Perform system configuration for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and S/4HANA HR/Payroll components.
- Design, build, test, and implement integrations between EC, ECP, and S/4HANA systems.
- Manage and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and mock loads, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Validate and ensure the successful execution of payroll processes within the S/4HANA environment.
- Provide expert guidance on Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, and organizational structure functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver training materials to end-users and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in SAP HR and Payroll implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) end-to-end implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with S/4HANA HR and Payroll modules.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing integrations between EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
- Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, and organizational structures.
- Proficiency in data migration strategies, tools, and techniques for SAP HR/Payroll data.
- Experience in leading client-facing workshops and driving project discussions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a project delivery environment with strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Excellent documentation, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams, identify and mitigate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in guiding or leading junior team members is a plus.
- A highly proactive, execution-focused, and delivery-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
