Job Description: SAP Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA implementations, RISE, and business transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through complex SAP ecosystems and shaping transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide clients on SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, providing a big-picture perspective across initiatives.
  • Develop and shape transformation strategies, driving transformation frameworks and operating models.
  • Identify SAP products aligned with the roadmap and suitable for adoption.
  • Drive transformation initiatives based on end-of-life considerations, business requirements, and process roadmaps.
  • Improve user experience and operational efficiency by maximizing the value of existing solutions.
  • Provide hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrations to clients.
  • Ensure the candidate operates within the US time zone.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 14-16 years of experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Implementations, RISE, and Business Transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Enterprise Architect role for at least 1 to 2 large programs or accounts.
  • Broad functional and technical experience within the SAP landscape.
  • Experience with both SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
  • Ability to develop and shape transformation strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive transformation frameworks and operating models.
  • Experience in identifying and recommending SAP products aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Skilled in guiding clients on transformation initiatives, including hands-on POCs and demos.
  • Ability to improve user experience and operational efficiency through solution optimization.
  • Must be able to operate effectively within the US time zone.

Additional Information:

  • Visa: Any visa is acceptable.
  • Location: Manager prefers candidates local to NJ, with the expectation of traveling to the office 3-4 days a week.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Enterprise, UT
