Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) consultant with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (SAP PS) to support large-scale CAPEX/datacenter construction programs. This is a 100% onsite role requiring 8-12+ years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), networks, activities, and milestones within SAP PS.
  • Support the end-to-end datacenter construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
  • Integrate SAP PS with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP Ariba for seamless procurement processes.
  • Support various aspects of project execution, including contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and PMO/Commissioning teams.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards for cost, progress, earned value, and risk analysis.
  • Drive process automation and workflow improvements within the SAP PS module.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP EPPM.
  • Proven experience in project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment management and settlement/AUC capitalization.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM integration and SAP Ariba.
  • Solid understanding of CAPEX project governance.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or EPPM.
  • Domain experience in Datacenter, infrastructure, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
  • Knowledge of the construction procurement lifecycle.

Experience Required

8-12+ years of relevant experience in SAP Project Systems and EPPM, with a focus on supporting large-scale CAPEX/datacenter construction programs.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Bellevue, WA
